We are preparing for an increasing number of assignments and welcome four new employees to our teams in Norway, Latvia, and Singapore.
Pearl is still experiencing growth in all business areas across our offices, which means that the pile of assignments is growing – and with it, also the need for more skilled people on the team. This is the third round of new hires after the summer.
"We are experiencing a high pace in the market and increasing demand for business solutions from both existing and new customers. It is particularly exciting to see that the company's Singapore department is gaining traction. We are happy to be able to prepare for the road ahead and welcome four new employees," says CEO Geir Thoresen.
Dennis Pinto
Dennis joins Pearl's Norwegian Operations team as the new Senior Consultant. With over seven years of experience with SAP from Cognizant Technology Solutions, he is well equipped for new challenges.
Dennis has a background from South India, and as a sports lover, he plays football, cricket, and badminton in his spare time. He loves to travel, and his favorite menu is spicy food.
"Pearl is one of the leading SAP companies in the Nordics, and I have heard great things about it. I look forward to joining Pearl and exploring new things in the SAP world," says Dennis.
Sulochana Baruah
Pearl has two new additions to the team in Singapore, and Sulochana is one of them. She is a consultant in the Pearls Operations team, and she brings with her almost ten years of experience as a consultant for, among others, Hewlett Packard and SAP Labs.
In her spare time, Sulochana appreciates a game of badminton, has a weakness for literature, and likes to binge on good Netflix shows – such as Money Heist.
"I am grateful to be employed by a leading company in ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing. The team has made me feel welcome, and the job is very exciting. I look forward to learning and putting new technology into practice – and not least contributing to the company's further growth," says Sulochana.
Shu Hui Koh
Shu is Pearl's second new consultant on the team in Singapore and will work with monitoring. Her path into the IT world has probably been a little different than most others'. As an academic in chemistry and biology, Shu has researched stem cells and regenerative biology – with Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease as a specialty.
When Shu is at her home office, she is accompanied by her 15-year-old British purebred cat. She is a coffee lover who likes to exercise, take care of her indoor plants, and watch drama movies.
"I am thankful for the opportunity given to me in Pearl, and I look forward to embarking on an educational journey and the exciting adventures ahead. My brother already works at Pearl and introduced me to the opportunity to work with monitoring. He loves the corporate culture here, and I probably will too!"
Svjatoslavs Cernobrivecs
Svjatoslavs becomes a new Monitoring Consultant at Pearl's Latvia office. Behind him, he has several years of experience as a Senior Technical Specialist and has, among other things, worked with technical support.
Svjatoslavs is a fan of electronic gadgets, cars, and motorcycles. There is also time to take care of his two cats, Gizmo and Yoda, and train, travel, and play video games in his spare time.
He is looking forward to taking on new tasks in Pearl Latvia.
"I chose Pearl because it is a fantastic place to work, and I hope to make new friends here. Just call me Svjat," he says with a smile.
