1. New Business Area in HCM: In January, we could gladly announce that SuccessFactors was a new business area at Pearl! Our team of six consultants is now supporting customers optimize and improve HR processes, and we’re very proud of this growth. Learn more about SuccessFactors here: SuccessFactors.
2. A Bold Move into Analytics & AI: In May, we took a significant step forward in Analytics and AI, with Johan Karlsson leading the charge. To further boost our expertise, we acquired parts of Infotrust, a well-known analytics company in the Baltics. Together, we’re excited to grow and expand across borders. 3. Pearl Iceland/Pearl Fintech: This fall, we reached an exciting milestone with the acquisition of Applicon, a leading fintech company in the Nordics specializing in SAP solutions for the banking sector. This strengthens our ability to offer SAP banking solutions across the Nordics, and we’re happy to say that Pearl Iceland is now established! Customer Achievements
4. First S/4HANA Public Cloud Project: In the fall, we went live with our first customer Ecolean on S/4HANA Public Cloud. Our dedicated consultants worked hard to make it a success, and the implementation was a great achievement. The project was also shared at SAPSA Impuls, where Erik Andersson Nissar held a presentation about the implementation in detail.
5. Techstep goes live with S/4HANA Public Cloud: We had not only one, but two Public Cloud cases during 2024! Successfully we launched Techstep Project Release 1. This release focuses on delivering an interim solution to manage the “Device-as-a-service” business process, with future releases planned to provide a full solution. Kudos to the entire project team for great work!
6. ATEA Chooses Pearl as AMS Partner: In November, we were very excited to announce that ATEA has become a PearlCare customer – a milestone partnership that marks a big step forward! As part of the collaboration, Pearl will manage ATEA’s SAP ecosystem to ensure smooth operations and drive continuous development and innovation.
7. Customer Case with Komplett & SAP: In the spring, SAP produced a customer case with us and our customer Komplett. We had the opportunity to share the story behind our joint project, where Pearl was the implementation partner for S/4HANA Private Cloud. Very exciting! Read the full case here: Case Study.
Celebrating Growth
8. SAP Business Partner of the Year: Early in the year, Pearl Norway was nominated for SAP Business Partner of the Year of 2023 – a huge honor! This recognition is a testament to the hard work we put in and the strong collaborative culture we’ve built with our customers and SAP.
9. Innovation Day: On October 10th, we hosted our annual Innovation Day event for customers, partners, and stakeholders. The day featured inspiring presentations, plenty of opportunities to network, delicious food, and entertainment. It was a great afternoon of idea-sharing and discussions about the future, leaving us all energized for the next wave of innovation. Thank you to everyone who joined us!
10. New Colleagues at Pearl: We asked HR about this year’s recruitment, they were excited to share that 135 new fantastic colleagues have joined Pearl in 2024! We’re proud of our continued growth and happy to welcome new talents that bring both expertise and fresh energy to the teams.
