Since 2020, the Norwegian company Pearl Group has expanded into Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Poland, and Latvia. With the acquisition of Factors, Pearl Group is now entering the Danish market, aiming to achieve a turnover of NOK 1.2 billion by 2025. Factors is one of the leading Nordic companies specializing in the SAP Business Technology Platform, a technology that is and will remain central to offering SAP customers competitive solutions in the future.
Pearl Group confirms the acquisition of Factors. Factors will now operate as Pearl Denmark, with Ole Mose Nielsen continuing as Managing Director.
The transition took effect on January 1 of this year.
Strong Growth in Denmark
This partnership sets the stage for strong growth in Denmark. Leveraging SAP’s latest technology, Factors has achieved significant growth in a short period. Partnering with Pearl Group will enable continued rapid expansion. Growth will be driven by recruiting talented professionals in Denmark while also utilizing expertise from other Pearl offices across the Nordic region.
