Pearl continues its expansion in Sweden and Latvia with three new employees

We are setting the pace for our growth in Sweden with two new employees who will have key roles in our journey forward. In addition, the Latvia expansion continues with another new employee.

Pearl Latvia has had incredible growth over the past year, and Aleksandrs Vinogradovs is the twelfth new employee we welcome to the department so far this year! At the same time, we are growing in Sweden, and Magdalena Hamilton and Malin Jonsson are moving into key roles that will help us on our journey.

Magdalena Hamilton

Magdalena will have the role of Delivery Manager and will establish Pearl Care in Sweden. She has 24 years of experience in various SAP roles – first as an SAP consultant and the last 15 years in leading roles in digital transformation with SAP.

Magdalena is active and likes to keep fit in her spare time, and she plays golf, paddle tennis, and alpine skiing.

"I am privileged to work with very talented colleagues in the SAP area in the Nordic region and with comprehensive solutions that simplify the digital transformation for our customers. I'm very excited, says Magdalena.

Malin Jonsson

Malin is Pearl Sweden's new Employer Branding Manager and will work with personnel, recruitment, marketing, and social media. She says that what drives her is to make a difference for others and develop herself further.

After work, she likes to try new things and loves outdoor activities such as hiking, downhill skiing and kayaking.

"I look forward to learning all about Pearl and working on how to improve ourselves. I feel welcome, and they are giving me great development opportunities and responsibilities, which also motivates me."

Alexander Vinogradovs

Aleksandrs is Pearl Latvia's latest addition and comes in as an SAP technical consultant. He has eight years of experience in SAP development, is a certified SAP Technical Consultant, and has a master's degree in computer science and information technology.

In his spare time, he loves physical activities such as running, cycling and yoga, but also likes to sit down with a good book – preferably sci-fi. In addition, he is interested in photography.

"I have heard great things about Pearl Group, and I am really looking forward to starting a new journey in the SAP world," says Aleksandrs.
