Order to Cash (O2C) at Pearl Group

The O2C team at Pearl Group plays an important role in managing the entire lifecycle of customer orders. From initial order processing to customer account management, billing, invoicing, and timely payment collection, the O2C team ensures a smooth and efficient process.

"We collaborate regularly with Finance and Customer Service when optimizing processes and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Collaboration is key in order to have an efficient and safe process", says Elin Sterner, Head of Business Area O2C at Pearl Group.

Procure to Pay (P2P) at Pearl Group

In parallel, the P2P team takes on projects such as SAP implementations and upgrades. The P2P team also collaborates with resources from other functional areas, as well as enhancing SAP solutions for our PearlCare customers through continuous improvements.

"Our approach varies slightly between these tasks, but our goal remains consistent: to meet our customers' needs by maximizing the use of SAP's standard processes," explains Mats Hoås, Senior Consultant in the P2P team. "This requires a deep understanding of customer requirements and a comprehensive knowledge of SAP processes." he continues.

Collaborative Culture Across Departments

“Collaboration” is one of Pearl Groups core values. Both the O2C and P2P teams thrive on mutual support and knowledge-sharing to ensure they are always one step ahead in delivering exceptional service.

The O2C team often collaborates with sales, finance, customer service, and logistics through regular inter-departmental meetings to align on goals and share updates.
