Marcus Melin, Junior Consultant Procure to Pay, Stockholm

Say hello to Marcus Melin, our new star at Pearl Sweden! Marcus has just started as a Junior Consultant in procurement and sourcing. He comes with a strong background in the medical technology industry, where he has worked with Master Data and software validation. We are really looking forward to benefiting from his experience in procurement.

Marcus chose Pearl because he wants to grow within SAP and participate in exciting projects where new technology is used to create smart solutions for Pearl's customers. He already feels like he's found the right place and is eager to get started.

When he's not working, Marcus enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends—preferably at the same time. He also likes being outdoors, traveling, and staying active through exercise.

Margarita Solberg, HR Coordinator, Oslo

Say hello to Margarita, our new HR coordinator here at Pearl! She recently completed her bachelor's degree in HR, organizational psychology, and leadership. Previously, she was an HR intern at an architecture firm and worked as a social worker in a nursing home. Now she’s joining the HR team at Pearl, and we’re all excited about it!

At Pearl, Margarita will be working on recruitment, supporting our managers, and managing our HR platforms. She chose Pearl for the opportunity to develop responsibility and grow in an environment that values teamwork and development. After just two weeks here, she has already felt warmly welcomed by everyone—thank you, Pearl Norway!

Margarita was originally adopted from Colombia and grew up in Bergen. In her free time, she loves spending time with friends, watching Arsenal play, listening to music, and going for long walks.

Michał Kaczorowski, Application Management, Gdansk

Welcome to Michał Kaczorowski, our new Application Management Administrator in Gdansk!

Michał joins us with an impressive background from a global chemical corporation, where he worked as a coordinator for Swedish customers' orders. With his experience in SAP, Michał is well-prepared, and at Pearl, he will focus on the ERP segment but is also open to supporting the Commerce team when needed.

Michał has language skills in Swedish and a degree in Scandinavian studies. This makes him feel especially connected to Scandinavian culture, even though he has never lived in a Scandinavian country. He is very excited to work at a company with his new Nordic colleagues in an environment where collaboration and innovation are key.

When Michał isn’t working, he prefers to stay active. He loves lifting weights at the gym and enjoys playing basketball or badminton during the summer. Long walks in the forest, park, or by the beach are also a big favorite of his. Additionally, he is a fan of card games, board games, and challenging logic puzzles.
