Tori Guriby Dahl, Junior Project Manager, Oslo

Meet Tori, our newest addition to the Pearl team! Tori comes to us with a background in retail, having worked at Elkjøp for ten years. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Innovation and Project Management in 2021 and has since worked as a department manager at Elkjøp. In that role, she was responsible for managing 30 employees across four different teams. We are excited to have her join us as a Junior Project Manager in our PMO team.

At Elkjøp, Tori valued the work environment, culture, and growth opportunities—three factors she also considered when searching for a new workplace. She had heard many positive things about Pearl and has now been warmly welcomed by her new colleagues. Tori looks forward to an exciting future here at Pearl!

Outside of work, Tori enjoys hiking and exercising. She also loves cooking and often gathers family and friends for cozy home dinners.

Ces Castillo, Senior Basis Consultant, Singapore

We are happy to welcome Ces to Pearl! With a background as a technical consultant, Ces has worked with several SAP partner companies and also has experience as a presales/technical consultant for a company specializing in Backup, High Availability, and Antivirus.

In her new role with us, Ces will ensure the availability and functionality of our customers' SAP systems. She will also be responsible for implementing new solutions, monitoring system performance, and providing technical support. Additionally, she will lead the work on system installation, configuration, and implementation of new designs. Ces is undoubtedly good at juggling multiple tasks at the same time!

Ces was drawn to Pearl for the opportunity to deepen her experience in SAP, and she felt that Pearl was the perfect place for this. She greatly appreciates her team and has heard many positive things about our company culture. Ces looks forward to starting her journey here at Pearl, and so do we!

In her free time, Ces loves spending time with her family. They often go on vacations, swim, and create wonderful memories together. She also enjoys cleaning and organizing her home, which gives her a sense of order and calm.

Tomas Estander, Senior Consultant, Helsinki

We are happy to welcome Tomas to Pearl! His journey in Customer Experience (CX) began in the financial sector and later transitioned into the software industry. In 2012, Tomas started working at SAS Institute, and in 2016, he moved on to SAP. During his seven years at SAP, he specialized in Customer Experience solutions within the Nordic SAP Customer Experience Presales team, focusing on sales, service, and marketing automations. At Pearl, Tomas will primarily work with SAP Customer Experience solutions and projects related to SAP CX Solutions.

Tomas chose Pearl because of our strong reputation as an interesting, dynamic, and growing company, as well as our proactive role as an SAP partner. He has had a fantastic start here and has already met many great colleagues and gotten into the swing of things.

Outside of work, Tomas is very active and enjoys crossfit, golf, boating, and grilling. He also loves spending time with his family.
