Mario Saad, SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are excited to welcome Mario to Pearl as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant! Mario previously worked with SAP SuccessFactors at Zalaris and has experience in IT support at Karolinska Hospital.

Mario chose Pearl because of the company's strong reputation for innovation and its focus on career development through SAP modules. He is looking forward to contributing to meaningful projects and growing in a dynamic and forward-thinking work environment.

When Mario isn’t working, he enjoys swimming, exercising, and reading books and articles on technology. He also likes to relax with music, watch series, and spend time with friends. These interests help him stay creative and energized, and he’s excited to see how they can be integrated with the opportunities at Pearl.

Lovisa Dal, SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, Stockholm

We are thrilled to welcome Lovisa to Pearl! With a background in HR and expertise in HR systems, she will be a valuable asset to our HXM team.

Lovisa chose Pearl when she reached a point in her career where she wanted to explore something new. Her interest in HR systems and the connection between HR and IT has always been strong, so when the opportunity to join Pearl arose, it was an easy choice. She is very excited to step into a new industry and take on the role of a consultant!

During the summer, you can often find Lovisa in the archipelago, and in the winter, she’s on the ski slopes—and now also on the cross-country trails, as she recently took on the challenge of skiing the Tjejvasan. Additionally, she has a passion for Lindy Hop, a swing dance with Afro-American roots, which keeps her energy up year-round.

Annika Söderlund, Principal Consultant, Helsinki

We are very pleased to welcome Annika Söderlund as our new Principal Consultant at Pearl Finland. Annika has an impressive background and extensive experience as an SAP consultant in logistics, dating back to 1999. She has worked as an in-house SAP consultant for a major tech company, as a Customer Service Manager, and as a freelance consultant running her own business for ten years. She has also worked at a small Finnish SAP company for the past six years.

Annika chose Pearl because she knows several talented former colleagues who now work at Pearl, making the choice an easy one when the opportunity arose. At Pearl, Annika will primarily work within S2P as an SAP Application Consultant.

On weekends, you’ll find her searching for golf balls on the course, and her vacations are usually spent traveling to other countries or at her house in Spain.

Vikramapandian RGS, Senior Consultant, Stockholm

We are excited to welcome Vikramapandian RGS as Pearl Sweden's new Senior Consultant. Vikram has extensive experience as a Technical Architect at H&M, where he has worked in the Merchandising Allocation area.

He chose to join Pearl after hearing a lot of positive things about the company from a friend and became curious about the opportunities and growth potential within SAP Cloud and SAP S/4. At Pearl, Vikram will work as an SAP Integration Architect, and he looks forward to collaborating with and learning from his new colleagues.

Privately, Vikramapandian is married and has two children, aged 9 and 2. Their interests have largely become his own, from building Lego and solving puzzles to playing board games, football, painting, and reading—he’s involved in everything the kids are up to. Otherwise, he enjoys spending his free time playing adventure games on the PlayStation, often late into the night.

Heikki Mikola, Principal Consultant, Helsinki

A warm welcome to Heikki, our new colleague with broad experience in ERP, SAP, and Oracle-NetSuite. With his expertise in logistics and supply chain management (SCM), Heikki will contribute as a Principal Consultant, primarily focusing on logistics modules within the Supply Chain area.

Choosing Pearl was a natural step for Heikki, thanks to the career opportunities and the familiar colleagues from previous collaborations. The start has been very promising, and he looks forward to continuing to work with Pearl's international team spread across the Nordics and Latvia.

In his spare time, Heikki enjoys coaching the youth basketball team, cycling on the roads, searching for vinyl records in local stores, or trying different craft beers—regardless of the day of the week.

Mari Kjellesvik, Project Manager, Oslo

Pearl welcomes Mari Kjellesvik as our new Project Manager in Oslo! Mari has worked as a functional consultant and project manager in various ERP and project management systems for the past four years. At Pearl, Mari will work in the PMO department as a project manager.

She chose Pearl because of the company's extensive experience in implementation projects and our approach to project management, as well as the client segment that Pearl focuses on. Mari had heard many positive things about Pearl and was impressed by the culture and the people she met. She saw this role as a fantastic opportunity to build on her experience in project management and SAP implementations.

In her free time, Mari enjoys being out in nature and exploring new hiking trails!
