For most companies, stocktaking is essential. The scope of the task varies from company to company, but most have to set aside a good deal of resources and time to take inventory.
With the In-store Count @ Pearl suite, we have simplified and improved the inventory counting process. The solution consists of three apps that interact with each other:
- Count@Pearl – template for stocktaking
- CountPost@Pearl – template for creating counting document based on the results of counting with Count@Pearl
- CountPostDiff@Pearl – template for posting counting document, as well as showing differences between item count and registered inventory

Count with your phone
With the new app, stocktaking becomes an easy task that any employee can handle.
The solution is intuitive and easy to use. With Count@Pearl, you can use a mobile phone, tablet, or PC and either connect a handheld scanner to the device that counts for you or count manually and enter the result. Several employees can count at the same time, even during opening hours.
After counting with Count@Pearl, you can view summaries and create custom counting documents on your desktop with CountPost@Pearl. Here you can sort, select, or exclude products as you wish. Finally, you can use CountPostDiff@Pearl to show differences between expected and actual inventory and post the result.
The three apps work together, and the result is a simple, user-friendly solution – saving both time and resources.
