Challenge

Since Raise Gruppen saw the light of day as a startup company in 1984, old and new systems and solutions have piled up. As the company has grown, solutions have been added, more and more salons and units have been connected to the systems, and the technical environment has grown more complex.

Solution

Raise Gruppen had reached a point where it wanted to clean up and replace the core solutions to, among other things, optimize and streamline the workflow. They have chosen to implement SAP S/4HANA on a cloud-based platform from Microsoft Azure and a user interface based on SAP Fiori.

Customer's benefits

Although the company's systems are many and extensive and have a large degree of complexity, there are no processes requiring tailoring. Pearl's fully developed template solutions have, therefore, paid off in full and saved a lot of time and resources in the implementation.

For the customer, the most important goal of the implementation has been to streamline the workflow and automate as much as possible, as well as to take advantage of the opportunities for data analysis and insight that S/4HANA provides. It was also important to get control over the master data to take advantage of these in the next phase.

First, the core solutions will be replaced, along with the cash register solutions and shop logistics. The next phase is looking at the systems closer to the customer, the customer journey, and the customer experiences.

A strong partner

Before choosing Pearl Group and SAP, Raise Gruppen has undergone a procurement process where many different suppliers and solutions have been considered.

"Since we have not had any special requirements for the solution, we have been very keen to find a strong partner and advisor who is proactive and may also be able to develop new things together with us," says Chief Digital Officer Parisa Yousefi.

She says that they received excellent references for Pearl Group and that the dialogue and the overall impression of the company was the reason for the choice.
