General information

EasyPO (Transaction Code: ZEP) is a program to help the purchaser in the every day working life. It provides instant access to change or view master data, information on current needs, historical consumption and more. EasyPO is not a program that creates a purchase order, but is an easier way to create one. If MRP and automatic purchase orders are set up, ZEasyPO can be considered as a tool for non-conformity management. The purchase order itself is created in the program / transaction ME21N (Create Purchase Order), and this is where you end up when in EasyPO if you click on the "IO" button. ZEasyPO will then include relevant data into the ME21N to create the IO/PO.
